Noosa FM is now broadcasting far and beyond with a brand new and superior antenna system: Congratulations.
Thank-you to the generous sponsorship of the Community Broadcast Foundation (CBF); the project manageress, President Noosa FM, Sibylle Reisch; Noosa FM Treasurer, Gisa Weatherill for her diligent work and support with the funding distribution; the Noosa FM Management Committee Team for approving this project; thank you to John Maizels for sharing his well of broadcasting knowledge, President Technorama; Thank you to Mark Osborne for his welcoming support, Technical Services Manager Channel Seven; Channel Seven Sunshine Coast; Ricky Gravolin, Seven Representative; Kathy Promdaan, AVN Integration (see picture) https://avnintegration.com.au/; Sean Pitchard, Broadcast Components; Andrew Marchant, Ravenstek Broadcast Engineer; Thank you to all helpers, supporters like the Surf Life Saver Club, Noosa Heads for their generous donation towards the installation cost.
The project has been 13 months in the making with many years in the planning and has successfully been concluded on the Tuesday 19th November 2019. The new system is up and running and broadcasting community radio to the people of Noosa and Sunshine Coast Shires and across the Hinterland.  We have already had many reports about the reception of the signal being received in the most remotest topographically difficult location on the Sunshine Coast.
Please let us know where and how you can hear the airwaves of FM 101.3, by leaving a message on our facebook page,
leave a message on 07-5447 2233 or email reception@noosafm.org

We love to hear from you ... about how you hear us.

Noosa FM your ‘Heads-up’ radio on FM 101.3 loud and clear.

Fantastic effort!!
It is the best we can do from the channel seven site given the topographical issues we face broadcasting into our LAP/listener area.
WELL-DONE!! :D
